Potts Chocolate is the best (if not the only) Bean to Bar chocolatier in Charlotte. I’m a chocolate connoisseur, and only the best satisfies my tastes. The chocolate is dark, rich, and full of flavor. It’s worth the trip uptown. My favorite is the single origin Uganda bar, fruity and rich.

Where to begin in singing the praises of Potts Chocolate? The craftsmanship, the quality, and the palate-pleasing creativity of these artisanal delicacies is unparalleled. And I consider myself a chocolate connoisseur. I have ordered Potts Chocolate many times for gifts and for myself. I have even commissioned custom designs for special events. The presentation is always flawless. Edible works of art. I hope one day to visit the source of it all, like Willy Wonka’s fabled factory, and experience the exquisite sights, smells and tastes in person. Till then, I’ll simple run to my front porch to meet the UPS guy as if he were Santa coming down my chimney on Christmas morning!

What a gem. Love the smell when they're roasting the beans. Had several bars. I'm not a dark chocolate fan, definitely more into the milk chocolate varieties. Having said that, the quality of their bars is top notch. Only tried several Belize bars and a Vietnamese chocolate bar, but they were amazing. Happy to support a bean to bar chocolate proprietor. Wish them nothing but success, and will continue to make my small purchases here and there.
